Lexington Moose Lodge BBQ contest

With a minimal crew, we rolled into Lexington late. We didn't get there until 4 pm on Saturday. Margarita and sauce had to be turned in by 6:30 so we were pushing it. We got everything set up and turned in on time. Had a great weekend. For our Anything But Pork entry, we cooked a grilled Mahi Mahi with mango salsa. It was soooo good. We won 1st in sauce, 1st in shoulder, 2nd in ribs, 1st in anything but, and we won GRAND CHAMPION!!!
